in early 2008, this sculpture is carved from Ice Green Soapstone (18” x 10” x
8”) on a Welded Steel Base base. Movement and
color give this sculpture its sense of plant and animal, bird and tree,
The stone is very much alive. A play of words and ideas, green stone,
the mystery of serpents and their gracefull movements, their symbols of
renewal, rebirth, movement and stillness.
